Details of air transport procedures, documents, exports and imports

一．Import Procedures:

1. The IMPORT and export company will send a copy of the contract or order to the local China Foreign Trade Transportation branch.

2. After THE ARRIVAL OF THE GOODS, CAAC WILL NOTIFY THE China FOREIGN TRADE Transportation Branch TO COLLECT the WAYBILL FROM THE CIVIL airport OR business office.

3. China Foreign Trade Transportation Branch shall check the contract data or order form provided by the import and export company with the actual goods in the waybill, and make the "import Goods Declaration Form" for customs declaration after checking the contract number, mark, product name, quantity, consignee or notificant, etc.

4. When THE China Foreign TRADE Transportation Branch PICKS UP THE GOODS AT THE AIRPORT OR business office, if it finds that the goods are short or damaged, it shall obtain the commercial accident record from the CIVIL aviation and hand it over to the consignee to negotiate with the CIVIL aviation for claim. It may also accept the commission to handle the claim. If the package is in good condition and the quality or quantity of the goods inside is defective, the consignee shall apply to the Commodity Inspection Bureau for inspection directly and contact the ordering company for claim.
